RE; REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR VEHICLE HIRE AND PROVISION OF T-SHIRTS WITH PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES
Dear All;CIDI Uganda   received funding from Research Triangle International and would like to use it towards conducting of drama shows in schools aimed at stopping corporal punishments and adopting positive discipline in   the selected government primary schools in districts of Rubirizi, Isingiro and Bukomansimbi

Information, Education and Communication messages will be used and these will be in form of posters and other messages will be branded on T-shirts. A vehicle will also be hired to transport the IEC materials and the T-shirts procured;
Detail/ specifications of the T-shirts;
•The total number of T-shirts will be 460.
•The T-shirts will all be Round neck.
•They will bear logos of RTI, USAID, CIDI and a back Message for theme of ‘stopping corporal punishments’.
•The T-shirts will be delivered to CIDI head office.
•The color of the T-shirts will be white.
Specifications for Vehicle hire;
•The vehicle will be hired for 10 days to transport IEC materials and T-shirts to Bukomansimbi, Rubirizi and Isingiro.
•The vehicle should be in good working condition
•The vehicle should be able to carry bulk materials at ago.
Interested companies should submit in their applications on Monday 27th May 2019 at 11; 00am.
