Key Result Areas:

a.       Ensure that profitable enterprises are identified and their production and productivity increased (bulk production)

2. Farmers and business partners organized to add value to their products as well as selling collectively.
3. Farmers and their affiliate farmer organisations connected to better markets (both at the local and regional levels).
4. Quality of the produce enhances, and so the attendant revenues increased.
5. Negotiation powers of the farmers and their affiliate farmer organisations enhanced.

f.        Enhanced competitive advantage of the farmers and their affiliate farmer organisations

7. Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by CIDI authorized management for furtherance of organizational goals.

   Key outputs at Policy Level

a.       Farmers and business partners should be able to lobby at policy level for agribusiness support

b.       Farmers and business partners should be able to define a policy favorable for business in the area

c.        Seeking about sustainability, support government staff, and other agencies with technical assistance for demand oriented and efficient services to rural entrepreneurs.
