DUTY STATION:  CIDI SCHOOL OF GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING 

JOB SUMMARY

Train students in Landscape design and ornamental & decorative aspects as well as identifying clients and work on their sites

KEY ROLES

•Teach students in Landscape design( Theory and Practice)

•Identify learning sites for exposure visits and further experiential learning about landscape concepts

•Identify clients and work on their compounds together with students as learning sites.

•Supervise clients for the school to ensure that the allocated gardeners do their work efficiently and effectively

•Train students in Hardscape setting and layout on different sites

•Redesign and maintain the school  compound in good shape for the better students learning and to attract clients

•Ensure regular production and efficient maintenance of ornamental plants at the school premises

•Train short course students interested in Landscape design and ornamental & decorative aspects

•Train students in Botany and Ecology related aspects

•Actively participate in all school activities and any other duties assigned by the supervisor

•Manage school store

•Report Writing
